These Weather & License Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement that governs DS Weather.
Weather safety notice
YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME WEATHER GUIDANCE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WEATHER DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE.
Forecasts and current conditions can differ from actual conditions. DS Weather is not designed or marketed for emergency or life-saving purposes. Always follow official emergency services and the issuing meteorological agency when safety is at risk.
Apple Weather
DS Weather obtains current conditions, forecasts, and weather alerts through WeatherKit. Weather data is attributed to Apple Weather, and official data-source attribution is available at Apple Weather Data Sources.
DS Weather does not alter the text of official severe weather alerts. When an alert is shown, the app provides the issuing agency and a link to the official alert details supplied by Apple Weather.
Temporary on-device storage
DS Weather may temporarily store the last successful weather response on your device so the app and widget can continue operating during a brief service interruption. The response is automatically deleted at the expiration time supplied by Apple Weather.
Apple standard license
The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement supplies the remaining license terms for DS Weather, including the scope of the license, support and warranty responsibilities, legal compliance, third-party terms, and Apple’s status as a third-party beneficiary.
